Hi guys, it’s been a while! I’m back though writing about fashion and what I know/love most! This look is the perfect example of what I’d love the wear everyday, comfy but eye catching. It’s also the perfect get-away look after a night of partying (and maybe not getting home). Four things you should always have with you when you go out and you don’t know how crazy the night will turn out to be.
- Sunglasses. Even if the sun isn’t shining, you’d still want to cover up that mascara gone wrong…
- Some kind of hair peace to cover up that bad hairday. This Scarf will distract them from noticing your almost-dreadlocks.
- A big smile (and maybe some mints). If you wear your biggest smile no-one will notice.
- His white shirt if he has one… Otherwise run!

This year Delvaux taps into the sporty look of prep school chic by launching the limited edition bag called The Hero
. Still keeping track of innovation and heritage, the brand renewed the iconic Brillant design into a dark green vinyl bag with their unique Emblem : 1829
stamped on the front. Once again Delvaux succeeds in meeting technical challenges with the spirit of innovation. La maison’s research and development teams used intricate techniques and the latest tools of the trade to craft this ingenious new design. Ever since I knew what ‘designer bag’ meant, I’ve looked up the certain brands and Delvaux was definitely one of them so you can imagine my euphoria when I got the call! Delvaux, it was a true honor and I’m so looking forward to my trip to the atelier next month. Being able to see how these classics are made from scratch is one step closer to real fashion!

There’s a new JD Sports store in town! And this time I’m not talking about Antwerp, I’m talking about Brussels. During the opening there were so many people and so much to see. I got this full look, head to toe, from the brands Hype, Adidas and Nike. What do you think? It took me a little by surprise to see how extensive their offer is. The collections aren’t the typical ones you’ve seen a thousand times. Like I already said, I’m wearing Hype Patch Fleece Pants and Hype Crop Sweatshirt. I was going for the full beige look at first because I like the one-color-suits but this orange(-brownish) color was a better match with my skin. The Nike cap is a classic item you just have to have. I wear it whenever I have a bad hair day (which is a lot these days) or just when it rains (also a lot..). I’ve wanted these Adidas Originals Gazelle sneakers for a while but could never decide over the color. Baby blue it is!
I’m also wearing the Denim Truckerjacket by Tommy Hilfiger – from the Tommy Jeans collection. You can find it here.
These picture are taken by the lovely Billie Gielen! We had a great time and I’m sure this isn’t the last time we’ll work together!
So as I already mentioned in previous posts, I finally graduated. I have my master in Product development so I’m ready for the next step. To start this new chapter in my life I have to make some hard decisions and that scares me a little. I’m not sure what I have to do because I have more than one dream. Fashion is one of them, that’s no surprise. I feel like I want to travel the world, I haven’t seen much and there’s no better time than the present to go discover it all. I also have to think about my future and my ambitions to build a good career. That’s what I’m still figuring out these days, how to combine all the things that I love. I’m also going to expand my subjects I write&blog about. Next to fashion I’m also adding beauty and travel!

It’s been a while since I wore my glasses and although I like them I’m not the biggest fan of wearing glasses in general (not even sunglasses). It botters me that there’s a glass in between when I’m talking to someone so I tend to take them off. It’s probably just a matter of habit. Now that my hair is short and school is starting again I’ll probably wear them more often, it makes me look smarter don’t you think? This look is kind of a contradiction between classy and sporty. The glasses and heels are elegant but the Tshirt and pants are sporty. Since I’m not the type who belongs just in one category I tend to mix it up a bit. This Tshirt is one of my favorites and is a souvenir from a small store in Berlin, a.k.a Shopping paradise! These pants are also on my most worn list because I’ve been looking for a model like this for so long but never found the right shape or fabric. Heels are often not comfortable and these are no exception! I just wear heels when I’m going out to dinner so that I have to take 5 steps, sit down, eat my meal and let my feet rest and then go home after a few glasses of wine which is when you don’t even feel your feet that much.

There’s not much to say about this look. Baggy yet sexy, one of my favourite combo’s.
With the weather switching all the time it’s hard to find the perfect coat so layering is one solution, the fashionable one!
The bag and scarf are Essentiel, one of my favourite brands! My wishlist is based on their whole SS14 collection.
